I'm in need to purchase this many phones without service plan for work. However I cant seem to get cingular to go with me on this. Is there anyway i can do this or a place where i can buy them at wholesale maybe?

Damn, 25 PDA Phones without service? I'm sure you can find somewhere on this informational highway, we call the internet, but you'll probably pay $350+ per phone.

Yeah I've found a site thats doing it for $450 a phone but thats more than cingular's retail price. I'd Like to get somewhere around $350 a phone. What I'm trying to do is get the phone for all the administrators on campus, without making them upgrade their contract. All of them are currently Cingular customers so it wont be a prb getting them set up on the 8125. I kinda now wish I hadnt shown mine off

What about setting up a Business account with Cingular? or you may just have to get them to renew and upgrade, unfortunately

Yes I'm on the line right now for business account to see what they can get me. If maybe I can get free data plan for a couple of moneys since phone will cost near 7k.

don't think they sell them that way. you may have to go directly to the manufactuer.

I ended up calling a Cingular store and they told me $500 straight up with no contract but he seemed to just pull that number out of his head without looking anything up so I don't really trust him. If the 3125 comes out tomorrow I'll talk to my rep who might know for sure.

What city are you in? It makes a big difference in terms of how much you can get the phone for. I am not talking about one Cingular store to the next but I am able to help people get deals especialy for bulk orders. PM me if your interested.

I think Cingular might have some sort of mail-in rebate, or you can get the 8125 from www.sugarpipe.com for $369.97... I was looking at getting one of these too, but I got the krzr instead.

oh dont think of this as some sort of business prop but think of it as me just trying to help out. k basically i got a coworker of mine that sells these 8125's like this and that, and if you need a business account my store is super famous for that since we just pulled my dad from nextel and ported over 27 numbers from them in 1 day
