Got this on a PPD customers account...What gives?
I'm on hold with CS, can I just drop this feature without there being any issues?

prepaid phone put on post paid service = instance POSA cause someone called CS about it. thats my guess.

yup, thats correct. When an audit is run of prepaid phones that are sold and not activated, an imei search is run to find the acct. Its "assumed" the phone is stolen and fraud hotlines it.
