hi, i hope someone can help me because this gets really annoying

every once and a while when i am on the web or running an app the phone shuts off and restarts it self

this has happened even when the battery is full

has this happened to anyone else?
what should i do?

This happenes when the memory cache is full from useing the web or an App. The phone restarts to flush the memory clean. Yes it is really annoying. I remember my A500 did it to.
