Hi,
I recently bought a used Motorola L6, and it was working perfectly fine, until I started to transfer new ringtones via bluetooth from another phone, and I tried to transfer maybe 8 at one time, and I got 6 already in but in the middle of the transfer... the originating phone that had the ringtones, ran out of battery, and so it left 2 sound clips in my L6 named "UNFINISHED"
here's the problem, I can no longer "delete" the 2 unfinished sound clips, and can no longer download nor, accept any new ringtones through bluetooth w/o it saying "file is corrrup" please help, I alredy tried "moving the file to another phone" it won't move, I tried buying ringtones, but it won't show up in the library, and I also tried connecting to the computer, but I do not have any software that came with it, do I need to buy one?? And if so, what helpd can it do? PLEASE HELP, I really love my new USED phone, but I need better more up to date ringtones songs..thank you in advance!

go to motomodders.net and download and install p2ktoo 0.8.6 It's more user friendly and easy to delete preinstalled ringtones and it should solve your ringtone problem. When adding or deleting ringtones, look for two files with the extension "db". They should be in your a: drive in the audio folder. Then restart your phone.
Basically those two .db files act as a log of all your audio files you've uploaded. They'll be rebuilt once you restart your phone.

Ummmm...question though...how do I RESTART my L6?

There should be an option on the screen of the computer to restart your phone. It basically powers it down and back up again, like when you hit restart on your computer.

Thanks so much to you both!! I'll try that tonight! And hopefully it'll work!

or the other way would be to hold down the "red" off button until your phone turns off. Then hold the "red" button again to turn it back on.
