To all Reps and Employees and Agents oout here in the forum....

Me and my wife just wanted to express our gratitude for a wonderful customer service and warm responses we got whenever we called 611/1-800/ or whenever we walked into the Corporate store in our town.

I was on ATT Blue on out of contract individual plan. And we have decided to explore avenues to migrate to Cingular on a family talk plan. Everytime I talked to customer rep., they were so nice to listen to me and provide me enough information. However, I was transferred to Cingular Business Customer Care and they gave me excellent plan offer in return to retain me.

I always maintained my decorum while talking and rather than shouting for little things, I asked them to provide a solution of a "problem-in-my-view".

Even they have offered me to exchange my phone (within 30-day trial) from a corporate store and the guys at corporate store were awesome in their behaviour. Warm, knowledgable, responsive and dilligent. I did an exchange seemlessly from a store and we even got a rebate on the phone that was originally not sold with rebate on it..!!

I was under impression that T-Mobile is the best in customer care...but that was a myth...and is broken now. Cingular is coming in this era the big way...they are improving...and improving by leaps and bounds. I would not even scared to talk to any customer care about the problem I face regarding my phone/wireless plan...since I know they will do their best to resolve the issue and make their customer happy.

I am not working for Cingular or no way affiliated with Cingular...so to allay any confusion why I praise them so much...my belief is ...credit has to be given where it is due!

I have the full trace of the names of the persons I talked to so far since I started my new service. Is there a way I can pass their names to their manager/supervisor/higher authority to applaud their duties?

you could call customer service, and they will say that they will do something to reward the associates or reps that you spoke with, but nothing will really happen. But thanks for the applaud anyway its the thought that counts!!

I have read somewhere that there is a way to write to OOP or something like that...and I am going to try that. But...yeah...they all deserve appreciation..for sure.

Atleast, I am going to refer my friends and coworkers to the local corporate store since I know they have treated me very well. I think referrals are the best appreciation I can give back to them.

Write a letter to the store and pretty much say what you just said in the post. Maybe add the associates names that you dealt with. Its possible they could get a reward of some kind for it, plus they get some props on a job well done which is always nice.

I wrote a letter to 3 associates and to the Manager of the local store in my town appreciating their valued customer support. They were so pleased to get something in written ever from someone!

I also found a way to credit the "611" associates I talked to. I was asked to goto cingular.com>About Us> and leave a feedback naming all the associates whom I want to pass my appreciations to.

They all deserve the words of praise!
