Windows Mobile + WiFi combo (?)

I have come to a decision that I'm willing to chock up quite a bit of money - but not more than $1000 - for a phone that would satisfy all my requirements; the problem is there seem to be none. Your help would be appreciated.
Basically, I'd require a GSM tri\quad band handset which features a Windows Mobile OS (i.e., a fully functional PDA), a full QWERTY keyboard, and built-in WiFi. My preference for Win Mobile is because it's the only mobile OS for which Skype is available.
I was looking at the Nokia (an all-times favourite) E61, which basically satisfies all my must-haves (above, plus a memory expansion slot and BT), the only problem with it is that it's Symbian OS. The reason I'm willing to put a lot of money into the handset is that I plan to use its WiFi functionality to make calls via Skype (I'm in a hotspot area most of the day).
Other options like Moto Q and the different iPaqs either don't have WiFi or they lack a keyboard, so I'm lost...
Other nice features would be a camera (absolutely an extra; not required) and GPS (nice bonus on the iPaq hw6515 or whatever is the model number).

If anyone knows of my dream handset please let me know! Thanks a lot!

The Q is a CDMA device, but if you're willing to make an exception for the GSM requirement, then the XV6700 fits all of your requirements. Cingular's releasing an HTC Pocket PC device running WM5 & has wi-fi and a slideout keyboard, soon (I forget the model number) if you're willing to wait.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry I wasn't clear about that, but I would not settle for non-GSM device. Mistaken to mention the Q, for some reason I thought it also had a GSM version. Any other info (link?) about this Cingular HTC you're talking about?. Thanks.

I'd go with the HTC Tytn
