What a load of crap...well time to move on, I just wanted to say farwell to all of you, i will stop in to visit you every now in then. I am not starting this for a wo is me but to tell everyone who I know personally to PM me so that I can give you a phone number I am now available at.

like i said, i was not posting to do a woe is me, i was posting it to try to get in touch with all of my cingular friends on here so that I can give them my new contact info as they took my phone

when they suspended me a week ago i had to surrender it.

It states in the employee hadbook that the equipment is the property of Cingular and must be returned upon your departure. Wether or not your particular manager enforces this is up to them, but it is POLICY to take the phone back.

thank you. i am very clear as to the policies and guidelines of cingular.

notice the statement of "actually"

i say this because it is pretty hard for cingular to enforce that since you just got terminated. if i was fired, they would not get one thing from me.
