700W Ringtone Issues

My Ringtones have been working great for months now but suddenly I tried to add a ringtone to a contact and it still uses the default ringtone, I cannot figure out why, it's only this contact. I have tried different ringtones and still just the default tone will come up. I have deleted his accout and readded and still doesn't work. Tried many different things to no avail, any suggestions? All my other contacts are working fine!
