Today I dropped my 2 week old palm treo 650 for the first time on my bathroom floor and the screen broke in half. Any suggestions anyone. It still lights up but only the top half is visible and its cracked.

Google is your friend.

you can find replacement screens on ebay for under 100.

The repair is easy, requires a bit of skill and some patience.

Google video has a good disassembly video.

OK so I replaced the screen myself and it does work perfectly. But now I am having terrible issues with the keyboard. Sometimes I have to put pressure and twist the unit to get the keys to work. I have taken it apart and loosened and tightened the screws. Frustrating. now my applications button doesnt even work. any ideas is there a connector i am moving.

I have swapped parts in and out of Treo's and found that sometimes the if the ribbon cables arent in just right or in line they wil give some trouble with things... Anyone know where to get new outside OEM cases?
