Quota for our features just went up in our market. it's now $15. hmmmm........

In Los Angeles ours has been $15 for some time now. Not hard to do since we sell alot of blackberries.

ours has gone up to $18. I'm still in shock. It jumped from $10.50 to $18 in two months....The highest i've ever finished off a month was at $12. I've shoved so much of these text messaging crap down people's throats that i have $180 in charge backs this month from features. Yeah, I know i'm going to be told that i have to give value to our data plans so they entice customers. But, it's really hard when our text plans are crappier than any other carrier's.

If it wasn't for data devices we would be out of luck in our store. We do far more upgrades/migrations than activations and quite a few people already have some sort of text/medianet package.

thats what i'm saying. our store has more upgrades and adding a family talk line until it is ridiculous. i hate our market because their our lots of older customers and they don't like fancy camera phones and the such.
