I have this problem a lot with customers coming in complaining because their pictures won't send successfully through texts.. or even CV not working properly.. 9 times out of 10 when this happens, i just take the feature off the account, then re-add it, all while the phone is powered off..then it works fine... i doubt this is the way i am supposed to handle this situation....but i do what i can...we dont have an acting manager at my location right now, and i dont want to ask my DM questions like this cause then she will prob send me to some sort of training

What is the proper procedure here?

usaully mms per per use is not there, or internet pay per use is missing..

^ What he said. Better yet, just make sure SMS, MMS and Internet pay-per-use are all on there if you don't have a MEdiaNet package of any sort or other messaging package already. This can be done for free with a quick call to CS.
