And Shutdown....Is there a way to make custom startup and shutdown images for a Tre650? I have seen several different (customized) versions on Shadowmites website, anyone have a clue?

Yes, there's a program to do just that but I'll be darned if I can remember what its called. I've been wracking my brains for a week now trying to think of it. Does anyone know what program I'm talking about?

Thanks for the assist, the skinner program looks like the easiest way to get it done.

I think I will make my own 320x320 startup, shutdown screens though and post em here for you guys to see.
