I recently had my Verizon v325 flashed to the newest software version at a verizon store then re-seem edited the phone the way I had it edited before the update.

My problem is that when half of the people in my phone's contacts list call me, only their number appears for caller ID . . . instead of their name like it used to.

Obviously this is annoying as I have no clue who is calling me because honestly, who memorizes phone numbers anymore?

Has anyone else had this problem? It's wierd because some of the contacts it decides to show me correctly are on different networks than verizon while some verizon contacts just display the number. Additionally, I know the phone knows who these people are because after the call, I can check the recent calls and it correctly gives me their name instead of number.

This is annoying, any help?

I would undo the seems and take the phone in. My v325 has the newest firmware and seem edits with no problems. Good luck fixing your phone!

Up for any other help since I don't have a verizon store in town.

The seem edits are vibe then ring, enable flix menu, enable multimedia transfer, change verizon wireless banner to blank, enable hidden classic ringtones and icons.

Which one do you think might be the culprit?
