Desktop Manager does not allow bluetooth?

Is anyone else denied the option of selecting/enabling bluetooth support through the desktop manager? even though it can be found and connected via XP's bluetooth software...

(I am not looking forward to connecting this via mini USB all the time.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you updated BOTH your desktop and handheld software to the latest version?

What model of Blackberry are you using?

8100 Pearl. Yes and yes. I researched it some more, and it could be a driver conflict with the WIDCOMM 3rd party bluetooth stack vs. the XP generic stack.

So far I've removed the 3rd party software, but now my dongle isn't showing up.

I'll come back to this later....
