Anyone know a phone that can record conversations of 45 minutes or more/has a MODEM

I'm from England, UK and seeking a mobile phone that can do 2 things:

1) Record phone conversations of around 45 minutes or more! So that the audio can be saved onto a laptop (as Mp3, Wav or AMR or anything!)

2) Can be used as a MODEM, to connect and surf the internet on a laptop, using the modem inside the phone, connected via a USB lead.

I have an LG U8380 that I imported from the UK. I think it can suit your needs about recording the conversations, however, I am not sure about using it as a modem...

my Imate Jamin can record for a couple weeks (using a 1GB sd card) according to Resco audio recorder... hmm now if my battery could last that long ill be all set!
