any one know wat kind of paint should be to get good result when paint cell phone plastic somthing not glossy wanna teset my art skills got phone to try on

Have you tried model paint? Model paint usually works pretty good on plastic since most unassembled model kits use plastic parts. Your best bet would be to check your local hobby store.
