Hi

Anybody can help me with my Toshiba 803T, when I turn it on DB_ERR comes on the screen. Tried removing the battry and SIM card but still get err message when I turn on my phone. Please help.....!!

I've never seen this, but I would have thought that this is a software issue. I presume it was working before, and now you can't get to the main menu or main screen.

I'm not sure if there is some kind of hard reset code or what not for Toshibas....

Kevbodian or Timsta or one of the other Jap phone gurus in the Sharp forums would probably have some idea.

I'm also not sure if Toshibas can be flashed (I was told by someone they can't.... but I can't confirm this)

Where did you get it from? Maybe they can replace it if it exhibits such an issue.

Thanks for your replies, really appreciate it. I bought my phone from HK. Looks like I'll have to bring it back to them. No choice.....
Was such a wonderful phone, loved it so much, now just hope my data are recovereable.

It was working perfectly like it use to, until one day when i turned it on and instead of loading the main menu, the screen only had DB_ERR on the it.

I'll check out the other forums too, thanks again for the advice.
