erp porting

Anybody know how long it takes to port a line to erp? This is coming from Verizon. It's going to be on the erp1000, I already have a number activated on that plan, and got an email last week asking me if i wanted that number canceled and allow the ported number to take it's place. The request was submitted Weds 13 Sep, got the email and replied on the 14th but havent heard anything since.
