my relative send to me a motorola mobile phone, when I enter SIM card the phone ask me special code. How can I solve this problem.can any one tell me the special code?

I believe the phone is locked to a certain network, You will need to get it unlocked to use your sim card. Unless of course it's a hookey phone in which case it may have been purposely locked by the service provider.
