Last time I ordered a COU replacement, i got my replacement and no one asked for my previous device.. So I gave it to my mom.. Is this the way all COU replacements go, or just a fluke?
Also..what would you say the stipulations for obtaining a COU replacement are..in a District Manager's eyes? And is there some sort of limit on how many times we can do it?

just go to cou.com at your work computer and follow the steps for change handset.. you have to have a reason for it though, and write the reason in the reason window...regardless of whether it is true or not, you gotta put something there so everybody will approve it
