Very Strange Browser/Internet/Appl. Problems

Was wondering if any1 had a solution to the following problem:
(Phone: Motorola L7)
WHen i use mini opera; google maps; and any appl. that access the internet...ill get the 1st page to load correctly; then the second time/link wont work. More or less RANDOM times ill get a "no connetion" error. Called up Cing tech support AND DATA Process Support and they reset my browser settings; even went to send me a default UPDATE broswer settings. Alll DID NOT WORK. Deleted mini opera and installed it again...still same issue. No1 anywhere knew y this was happening. They final result was telling me to hard reset my phone and del everything. Maybe sum1 can tell me a diff browser setting. BTW my media net works FINE. ITs only in the applications i get RANDOM "no connection" errors. Even any can help me this would be GREAT! cuz im about to go nuts. I want the "HARD RESET" to be my VERY LAST Resort...even tho i have p2ktools w/ RSDlite and can back everything up. Thanks
