Hey guys, I work for a reseller - We do our own customer service and billing and normally we help our own customers. We have aabout 15,000 wireless customers. I have been working retail sales for a since may of 05. Its been good - pay is fantastic - but lately i have been doing all the tech support for all smart phone/data devices. Its really been cutting into my sales. The comapny realizes it and i have expressed concern about it and now they are open to suggestions on pay. It seems like I am wanted to do both sales and techsupport.
What do you guys think i should be paid or how i should be paid. I talked to my other friends at cingular and one at verizon and they dont have a person that is doing what im doing so they have no clue on what pay should be. I dont want to tell them i dont know, but i dont want to stay at this pay and be losing money.
Help would be appreciated ASAP thanks.

just a quick question, where are you located? where is your base at now? my reseller wants me to goto the warehouse and start checking all of the exchanges we do. making sure they are valid, and then sending out phones for repair, but they don't want to pay me more and work it in to my schedule. so i asked them, you want me to work overtime, not get paid more for it, or lower my sales quota for not being at the store. they said yes, i gave them my answer with a laughing NO!
