Thanks for this! I have one tiny question-how did you get the file size so small? Which program did you use? I use quicktime pro but the file sizes end up being 78mb or more...

Im using ImTOO 3gp converter. Set the bitrate to 256 for the perfect mix between quality/size.

BTW: Second Rennaissance Part I & Second Rennaissance Part II are the best ones.
