Alright. I have a v551. One day I was using it and pressed the menu button and everything froze. No keys worked. To turn the phone off I had to take off the battery, and when I turned it back on it froze at the Hello Moto screen. I googled some and was told to leave the battery out for a while. I left it out overnight, but still no luck. The phone will load into bootloader mode just fine. It is out of warranty so I decided to flash it with a monster pack. Seems easy enough. I can't flash it when I turn it on normally because the computer won't recognize it then. When I put it in bootloader mode the computer does recognize it. I tried RSD Lite and PST but both won't flash it in bootloader mode. What can I do?
