8125 being returned

so ive only had the phone for 20 days and since the 8525 is coming out soon (hopefully), ill be able to just get that. BUT lets say i return the phone on the 25th day (cingular has a 30 day return policy) and the 8525 isnt there yet i just get another 8125(it has been giving me problems), will the 30 day return policy reset?

Do you have another phone to fall back on? I ask because I've returned 2 8125's, but each time I did, I reverted back to my s710a. I never went from 1 straight to the other.
If you have another phone to throw your SIM into for a bit, then yes...you can take it back, get another 8125 a week later and the 30 days will start again. I don't know if that works going from one phone to the same one within the 30 days.

hmmm, yeah i have my old k750i. but how will they credit it back cause i payed with two credit cars. oh yeah, will i pay the full amount on the next phone or the price if i got the two year contract?

good question, im wondering the same thing...
Cuz I started a new 2 yr. contract exactly a month ago, but ended up getting the 8125 replaced for a new one, the thirty day return policy on the phone ends the 4th, since the contract date was thirty days ago already, if I wanted to get a new phone would they go by the thirty days for the phone, btw I was hired and will be working for cingular starting Oct. 16 (Training day) will they make a special exception if I just wanted to get the 8525?

They will actually put the credit on your account. Also if you return it and get a another 8125, your return policy does not restart. So if you return on day 25 for another, you have 5 more days to return device number 2.
