V3i Keypad Problem

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forums, but would greatly appreciate your help!

I love my v3i but the keypad is starting to cause me headaches. Some of the keys are difficult to press (especially the top-right multifunction button), while others are sticking when pressed (ie press 7 once, and 2 or more 7s show up). Is the fix as simple as buying a replacement keypad, or is it more likely that there's a problem inside the phone?

OR: maybe I just need a dialing wand!
