9500 LCD problem

Hey all...my new 9500 has 2 pixels that are always bright green. this is very noticeable on the startup screen and on certain backgrounds (but not the tropical one that I use), as well as while browsing the menu. My first 9500 did not have this problem. Phones aren't cheap, so I expect them to work well without flaws (software and network issues aside).
Question is, do you think Verizon would swap this one for another for such a "minor" problem or would they just think I am too picky and show me the door?

I had one weird pixel on my Verizon Wireless start-up graphic, I changed it to the Toshiba animation and problem was solved. It would bug the heck out of me if there were more and if they wouldn't go away.
I don't know if Verizon would swap....I've never dealt with VZW CS.

That's odd that it went away. Mine appears on many different screens, not just the start up, so I think it is a problem in the LCD rather than the software.

Depending on who you deal with, they will probably offer to send it in for warranty work. If you've already swapped it out once, it's unlikely they'll do it again.

Just got back...my first pleasant experience with Verizon customer service ever! The woman that helped me looked at the screen, said yuck, and got me a new phone right there on the spot.

Good deal! Makes me pleased that I selected Verizon, kudos to them!

sounds like you've got two stuck pixels. you had better take it back and have it replaced as that is a definite hardware problem right there. i have been through hell and back with lcd screens and it is no fun when you're staring at a big black pixel in the middle of a screen.
