i found this software in one of the thread in mobile files forum and the dude that started the thread was saying that it can fix lots of motorola model. i just wondering if anybody here ever tried using this. i really need your help because my v600 is dead because of this. i still able to connect my phone in rsd but showing a "s flash neptune lte". and all the flash i made failed to revive my phone.

Have you tried a Monsterpack? Look at motox.info for one, and it should do the trick.

yes, i have that software too, and i used it for fixing , v220, v180, v400, v600. v3, v551, i can not remember i think i used for e398 too. but some time program can not read the phone, thats mean phone totally dead (water damage)or can not be fix,after fixing your phone u need to flash your phone with monster pack.
this program clears phones memory and u need to put new monster pack,
one time i tried with my v551 ( it had wrong flashing) i used this program and after clearing phone memory i flashed my v551 with v3 monster pack, it worked , phone did turn on but keypad didnt respond anything, only ion and off key did worked, , after that i did use same program and flashed with real v551 monster pack, phone did work again with everthing, like did before.

what is the reason why the repair failed? i follow everything the software said. message said repair failed then it continue and then telling me to power up the phone with * and # then flash it with monster file.

then i think u damge your phone very bad, now u need smart cip to fix it, try this in the repair program, phone model selection slecy v400, and try like that, and flash it with v600 mpnster pack, like triplest_G.OB.09.72R. it might help, now u have nothing to lose, phone alread damaged, like i told try this way too. i did before, even i put bluetooh in my v400, but but bluetooh can not be turn on, because hardware is missing in v400.

I have repaired e398 with this program. But first I had to revive it by opening the phone and short connecting those 2 points. After that program repaired the phone in a minute. Than I just had to flash it with monster pack
