MPX 220 Error - Seen this one???

I get an error after startup on 1.43 that says
"Cannot load resource library\Storage\Windows\MCRes???.dll"
Any one help decipher what this is? I starting seeing it some time after I installed AutoFlight, but I'm not sure its related..

Uninstall the app and see what happens.

I haven't seen this error on my MPx220 phone before.
