Cannot send multimedia messages with new unlocked PEBL

I bought an unlocked PEBL on eBay, and it's working fine (mostly) with my original SIM card. I managed to modify the 0032 seem setting that fixes the weird ^@ text message thing when I get a new voicemail. Regular calls and text messages work great, but whenever I try to send a multimedia message (just a small photo) it sits at 0% progress for a minute or two then says unable to send. Is there something I need to modify to get multimedia messages working with T-Mobile?

I never sent multimedia messages with my old Nokia b/c it didn't have a camera, but I know I could receive them. I pay extra to be able to send/receive "any 400 messages" so shouldn't that include multimedia messages?

you need an mms profile in the websessions. try using motorola.com and search
for "operator settings", fill in the form and away you go :-)

Thanks for the info. However, I can't find any information about "operator settings" on Motorola's site for the USA. I found one in english, but United States was not in the country list drop-down box, so it wouldn't work.

I searched using Motorola's USA home and support pages -- no luck. I google'd the phrase with site:motorola.com but the only results I find link to operator settings pages that have country lists with just European and African nations, and no option for USA.

Not that I know much at all about modding, but it seems like this could be either configured within the phone's GUI or in a SEEM. This is how T-Mobile's website says I should configure my phone to use MMS, but it doesn't specify where I can find these settings...
