903 Speaker Question

hmm too lazy to find my old thread.
But Easycell has figured it out the problem with my 903.
Apparently, the Easycell Japanese Final Firmware they attempted to boost the volume on the phone. Or something. Therefore, .... the best example to explain this would be.
regular 903 japan - volume set at 0 1 2 3 4 5
easycell 903 Japan - volume set at 0 2 3 4 5 6
of course, nobody would notice it since the screen doesn't actually say level 6. So the speakers couldn't take the stress causing the speakers to vibrate.
The easycell explained that it was my problem with the way i convert the maf files. They also it explained it was the firmware fault. So all i need to do was set it at level 4.. which is level 5 regularly.
It seems pretty farfetch, but after testing this theory with my friends 903. It seems this might be the case.
I thought it was pretty interesting... but the experts on this forums could probably prove this better than i can.

So easycell have a modded 903 f/w? (just curious)

The speakers seem to vibrate if you have it on the highest setting. I can feel vibration... I don't think it's a defect. I just think they are all supposed to be like that.

I think so too when you turn it up real loud my 903 sort of vibrates but I dont think it's going to break anything inside though.

i don't think there is an editted JAP 903 firmware, unless you can compare the same MAF file on an uneditted firmware compared to the "special" firmware, there isn't a way to tell since you say there isn't a volume 6

Well...
the way i tested it was based on this
same file. - one 903 with beta firmware with volume at max. --> no buzzing/ viberates
one 903 with japanese firmware with volume at max --> annoying buzzing.

i think they might have changed the speakers.

I somehow really doubt Easycell has the manpower/know how to make modifications to firmware..

there is no beta firmware

did he say easycell as in the canadian company. I would not believe a single thing they say. they will chop up your phone and say it was something totally different.
that does not even make sense for them to change the volume settings and blame it on you. did you even request for them to adjust your volume, or was it just a part of them trying to flash it or unlock.
after what they put me through i would not even consider them to look at a phone and tell me that it's a phone.

there ARE japanese firmware hacked versions out there, but they are not easy to come by.
im inclined to believe that the phones speakers may not be the same on all the phones ... perhaps manufactured in a different place than originally.

hmm
I just requested for the japanese firmware..
on their website.. it say they boosted the volume on their final 903 Japanese firmware

I would not go to easycell.ca in canada. they will screw your phone. they killed my 903 which was working perfectly fine and said it was a 'flash chip' issue. BEWARE of EASYCELL!!
