I've a Qtek 9100 for about a year now, and my manual has gone missing.

I can't figure out how to transfer my contacts from the phone memory to the sim card. (so I can move the simcard to another phone without loosing my contact list). I'd be really grateful for any help anyone could give. Feel free to contact me via electronic mail.
