Gah, Slider Sonic Error.

It appears Slider Sonic is kinda buggy..
I just got it today (I decided not to get Amp'd, lol) so, I just stayed with Virgin Mobile. I got that Slider Sonic, seeing as it was the most appealing phone.
Anyway, my issue is, when I try to use picture phone it says
Application Unknown Error (1)
Why is it doing this to me? 
I just got it. Please help,
