Audiovox CDM 9900 data cable

I have an Audiovox CDM 9900 cell phone which I love. My service is with Verizon. I cannot seem to find the correct data cable so I can download my phonebook, pics, etc from my phone to my computer. Certainly this is possible with this phone, right? Anyone have any thoughts on this

Ok, so of course just after I posted the question about the data cable, I find it on ebay. So I purchased one, but now I cannot find any information about the software needed for me to be able to use the darn data cable with my computer. Again, anyone have any thoughts on this?
