V600 not responding to any Flash or Flex.

Ok, I am new, but in the last month I have learned volumes.
I tried to flash my phone w/out making a backup. Through a long series of attempts to resurect it I have only made things worse.
I now have a .vf3 file that will reportedly fix my phone, but I can't load it w/out MSS aka Victor. I have googled high & low, but I can't find any version out there.
Can someone help?
