eBay is a good bet. There are a lot of Sharp 903 (not the Japanese 903SH version) in the UK.... on eBay UK anyway.... not sure about Germany.

It was sold by German Vodafone until early this year... you can find used 903 at ebay.de every now and then. Or perhaps ask at a Vodafone shop... sometimes there's still ways to get your hands on some out-of-stock items.
