I've tried the D807 in my Cingular store, and I am using a W810i that I first tried in the same store to test the earpiece volume. From my experience, the W810i is louder...but both phones have ultra-low earpiece volume.

I might have bought the D807 if it wasn't for that, because the slider is cool.
