I feel like I'm pressing my nose against the store window and can't see inside. Locked out of the store on Christmas eve...
I've been shopping for a couple of devices (Ttyn, for one) but my first choice store has been out of stock with no items in the store for quite a while now.
C'mon MMB, re-fill the shelves.

If you want a TyTN and you live in the US, I HIGHLY recommend, http://www.smart-mobile-gadgets.com, I've bought two phones from him so far, and he's by far the best I've dealt with so far.

That URL seems to go to a link farm, not a real site.

I think its smart-mobile-gadgets.com

I'm thinking selling phones isn't MMB's full time job. And yet, he still has the best customer service IMHO. Go figure...

My mistake, I changed link.

It looks like he has closed up shop for good and gone on to better things.

I am currently waiting for TyTN's. I was shorted on my last order, and I still have customers waiting for their replacement units.
I am also at a crossroads in terms of keeping the store running on a full time basis.

I hope you decide yes! Maybe you will have some time to dedicate to building your site.

True .. MMB .. what's the hosting infrastructure that you use? Maybe one of your so many fans on this forum can volunteer to help build your new site ..

Yes but they have not stepped up to the MMB level of customer service and overall satisfaction!

This is very bad news IMO. As a business person myself, I know how hard you have to work to build and safeguard a good reputation with customers. It's a shame to think that it may go away now. I hope you find a way to keep working your business. Keep in mind the connections you've developed with some very knowlegeable people on Hofo. Perhaps they can help. In any case, let us know what you decide.

Well David, I can tell you I will always buy from you if you are open, and I cant say enough about your customer service. You are the best store I have ever delt with. Good selling, Im in on a excalibur when there in

I am not a frequent poster these days, but over the past couple years I've purchased about seven devices for David. He is a fine businessman. I can imagine, however, how difficult it must be operating a small business in what is almost an online niche market.

Whatever direction you choose, David, I wish you much success.
