V3 RAZR battery from newegg.com. Is this really OEM??

My battery on my V3 RAZR is not holding a charge well. I use to go 3-4 days w/o charging, but last few days it goes down to 1 bar after 20 minutes of talking.
I see newegg.com has the so-called OEM battery for the V3 for $12.99.
The model number appears correct (SSN5696B) and capacity is 700mAh.

Is this the real OEM for so cheap or it 3rd party product?

they're wholesale. i've purchased upwards of over 10K from them and never had a problem. if they say its Motorola OEM then it's OEM.
