FIRST OF ALL I HAVE THIS NEW DATA CABLE MY OTHER ONE ISNT WORKIN SO I WENT TO BUY ANOTHER K?

Now when i plug it up to (usb to phone) it acts as a charger and begins to charge.. and then when i try to connect it.. sometimes it will reboot on its own??? wdf...

i thought hey i might need to reinstall the drivers using the disc that came with the data cable.. i did and no progress... so what i did was unistal webjal and all iden and motorola related programs... from there i tried to just use the disc to create the drivers.. and still no progress... so i did a system restore to start from scaratch like i never touch it.. and im still gettin the error message of not comunicating.. but it is registering that it is connect but it keep sayin "Usb device not recognized... and continuesly comes up.... and then eventually reboots again... and im stuck there and dont know what to do.. i even went to the point of lookin at the hardware already there and still cant figure out the prob.... Please someone give me some advice and tell me how to fix this..

It doesn't say the 860 is supported. What's to figure out?

yea but check this i went to the nextel store who sold it to me and he has the same exact one... and he plugged it up and it worked there... i think i need to reistall all drivers in relations to webjal and my phone.. anyone know how 2...

delete all of web jal and drivers and click this link
