just purchased the audiovox cdm 8945 and wanted to know can you make your own ringtones on this phone or where do some of you go to get your ringtones for this phone

I have this phone too. Unfortunately, there is next to no info to be found for this phone. The only way I know to get ringtones that works for sure is through VZW's GIN service. There were some tricks on older models but they seem to be locked down now and no longer work. I love my phone, but VZW has crippled it so you really can't do or get anything without giving them some $$$.
