Scratched Screen Fix?

My vx6700 is a bit new, yet somehow it has a few minor scratches.
They total 3 all togehter. They're phantom blemishes. I say this because I've never put it in my pocket or dropped it...yet.
How can remedy this? Is there a product that will buff these out or at least make them not visable while protecting the screen? I'm in a bit of a bind over this sadly. I'd appreciate any input. Or could I simply send it back for another?
I've had it less than month.

You'r Screwed! live with it or send it in for a screen replacement and wait a month until you get your phone back..

My suggestion would be to use a screen protector of some sort!

I don't know how you can buff them out. There is a chemical CD scratch remover that Radio Shack once sold which magically buffs out scratches on plastic, but I don't know how that would work on a touch-screen. I would recommend against any such remedy.

Get a screen protector. I bought the orange Palm packet from Staples for $20 and cut one down its z22 template to fit. Sorry to be harsh, but I think people who choose not to use a screen protector are begging for scratches.
