Difference between 1.07 and 1.18

Hi, I just want to enquire if there is any bug fixes from japanese firmware 1.07 to 1.18? Which is recommended to flash to?

If you need 8+power (almost useless, though) and #+power, then flash 1.070, if you don't - flash 1.18. That's the main guideline as I think no other large fixes were introduced in these versions, only the IMA/AMR-MP4 trick was one of those things that were fixed so that we could feel it.
