Recently I had my 8125 plugged in and charging, and when I went to unplug it the plug was stuck in and when I tried to pull it out the thing inside the phone that you plug into became loose. So, now I can't charge my phone at all and I need to get some sort of replacement.
I'm thinking if I go to a Cingular store they are going to not care and tell me to call the phone manufacture. I looked all over my manuals and HTC's site and I can't find a Service number to call to get warranty work. I only found Cingular's number and I don't know if they would be the right ones to call to get a replacement?

Take it to a Cingular store. HTC manufactured the phone, but it was branded for Cingular and they will handle warranty issues.
