A1200 on Cingular have issues with incoming calls

When someone calls me, it rings onces and then it goes to my voice mail. then if the person tries to call me again, will work fine and will ring 4-5 times before it goes to the voice mail.
Anybody else have the same problem?
Also I just put the latest firmware on the phone, 46p and I don't see any differences. I was trying to see if that will fix my bouetooth problem that I'm having with transfering the phonebook into my BMW x5 bouetooth but it still doesn't work.

I have the H2 06 Firmware installed and don't have this problem. I've read on Motorolafans.com that this also fixes some bluetooth issues. Perhaps it will fix yours.

It's that newer then the 46P version? It is a different place to look for that firmware on my phone besides the www008w? I not really sure if I understand all those firmware differences Why some people say that 06 or 08 version it's the latest when 46p it's a higher number, or the 46p firmware is for the phone and 06 it's a different......
