Cingular 2125 Smartphone

I made sure to look if this questions was already posted but did not find it. Does any one know if you can buy this phone elsewhere besides cingular? I have cingular service already, just re-newed my contract back in March so if i want this phone i have to pay FULL price for it. I just think that's outrageous. Why will cingular offer this phone to NEW customers for $99.00 and not cut some slack to their already existing customer?!?!?!
Anyone know where I might be able to buy one then just enter the sim card? And ofcourse add the service for it?

That or eBay are your best bets. And Cingular doesn't offer "good" discounts to pre-existing customers because they already have your money. They save the good deals to catch new customers.
