Hi, i bought a razr about to weeks ago from a buddy of mine to see how they are because i have heard so many mixed reviews i figured to try for myself. well hasn't been that bad sometimes restarts when im typing a text message but thats about it until today. i clicked the lower left side button to see if i had any missed calls and the screen said "insert sim" so i flipped it open and sure enough it thought there was no sim card. so i turned it off and took the sim card out and put it back in then turned it on and it still said insert sim.
its a tmobile v3 razr that has been unlocked, boot loader 07.E0 sw version: R374_G_0E.42.09R

Is the sim card upside down? my dad did that once.. boy did it get jammed in there, had to use a paperclip to take it out.

Nope, its in the right way it has been working fine all day. it just out of the blue showed the insert sim screen
