Anyone install Yahoo! Go On their 8125?

I recently (yesterday) installed Yahoo! Go on my Cingular 8125. Everything seems to work perfectly fine. IE: Email, Addressbook but my Photos are not synching properly. It says it has synched with my online account but it is not showing up on my online photo album. Any ideas/thoughts?

Also, I am not using a regular @yahoo.com account. I have SBC DSL and all my yahoo services are linked with my @sbcglobal.net address.

To those who are wondering what Yahoo Go is. Please check this out: http://go.connect.yahoo.com/go/mobile

I would use this in a second if it was made for my gmail. I don't know too many people with yahoo accounts anymore

I still use my Yahoo email acount exclusively. I also have Gmail, but ever since I heard about them spying/snooping on customer accounts, I stopped using it.

However, to answer to your question. Yes, I installed Yahoo Go! a few days ago. It worked flawlessly, however, I noticed that I don't get alerts when people IM me on the messenger.

Also, before using this, I would manually go to Google maps for driving directions, etc, but now everything is streamlined into one application.

Keep in mind that Medianet's homepage is very good too. Lots of links to various sites with good speeds.

I just downloaded that Gmail app. It's a midlet. Is there anyway to install midlets on the storage card and not on the phone's internal memory.

The Gmail App works on the 3125 without issue but the text is SOO freaking small it's a little hard to read!

I have the same problem, anyone know how to change the text size?

I've been banging my head against a wall trying to find out why Go claims to sync my mail when it really doesn't. This is a second install of Go; the first time around I would get a random sync maybe once every one or two weeks...now nothing. I like the idea behind it because it spares me from wasting time downloading boatloads of spam into my inbox on my phone. Too bad it doesn't seem to work worth a crap.

I have an 8125 and I'm w/ AT&T (swbell.net e-mail).

Could not agree more. After having problems accessing my yahoo mail on my dash, I found Yahoo Go. And !!!

My photos are syncing up just fine with my online photo album. I have direct access to my fantasy teams. My phone alerts me each time I get new email. Very impressed, I highly recommend it!

Yeah, I also have go and it works very nice. Only thing that i found that disturbs me is that once i click into the search bar I can no longer get down to my picture options/

In response to questions about the text size for the gmail app, I labored for days before finding an option in Menu > Go To > settings which defaults to activate "Use Small Fonts". After deactivating this the app is great.
