V3X internet connection?

I'm on a Fido service and it won't connect to the internet.
The phone is unlocked so I don't know whats wrong. I heard that I have to program it or something but I have no idea how to do that.
Anyone know anything?

Does your service provider support Internet? If so, are you subscribed to it? If so but if not, then there is the free WAP thingy you might be able to do. Although I don't know if it works for the V3x.

Haha, that's great that you know something...lol
And yes, my service does support Internet and is subscribed to it. I called them and they said i had to change the settings on the phone. So any info you have is appreciated.
