V635 mirror (not reverse flip) screen...

Today was the second time in the past year that my V635 did this - I opened the flip and the screen was reversed - it literally looked like this:
This happened once under 90R and today under 93R. A power cycle was all it took to fix, but it's quite unnerving...
Edit - just turned this up: http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=772561 - doesn't sound good...
